descriptionA full length female nude ,standing on her toes, the arms bend,fingers touching the lips, wearing the typical "helmet-like" Art Deco hair-do. This fine statuette made by Mino Rosso, a member of the Italian Art Group called "I Futuristi"( with amongst it`s founding members, e.g. F.T.Marinetti)is giving us this female figure with accentuated parts, formed as if pasted-on patches, on her belly, calves and behind. "Mino Rosso whoms style lingered somewhere between Post-Cubism and Art Deco, the so called "Aero Sculptura" (Giovanni Lista)Monogram "MR"and date "1927" stamped at base.
